Cost insight with multi-year maintenance budget (MYOB)
We offer an annual maintenance and management cost forecast. This provides you with a clear picture of the investment required to keep your asset in perfect condition (OPEX). We create an annual maintenance schedule with you that lists all maintenance and inspection activities. This helps you plan for all activities, and together we aim to minimize downtime.
As part of regular maintenance of cooling and heating systems, we use our data-driven maintenance tool called Emi. This tool monitors every cooling or heating installation on your production line, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. EMi detects faults and damage that cannot be seen with the naked eye. This allows us to intervene earlier for preventive maintenance. EMi is a virtual maintenance technician that ensures optimal and reliable performance of your equipment.
Refrigeration and compressor overhauls
We schedule assessment appointments with you to proactively discuss the status of your equipment and suggest long-term improvements. Based on the results, we update the long-term maintenance budget (MJOB). A proactive status check is essential because the frequency of starts and stops, as well as peak and underload conditions, influences the optimal settings of the equipment. A timely overhaul will maintain efficiency, prevent unexpected damage to the refrigeration compressor and prevent breakdown of the plant and your process. This can result in annual energy savings of many thousands of euros. In addition, you keep production on schedule because you decide when an overhaul should take place.
